We order your Mac Mini (or you provide one), configure OpenClaw with security hardening, and set up all integrations. This happens at our location over 1-2 days.
We bring everything to your office, connect it to your network, train you and your team, and ensure everything works perfectly. You'll send your first AI-assisted email before we leave.

You absolutely can—OpenClaw is open source. But most teams spend 5-8 hours on initial setup, plus ongoing time maintaining configurations and troubleshooting. If your time is worth more than $75/hour, hiring us pays for itself. Plus, we bring experience from multiple deployments that helps avoid common pitfalls.
Not for the setup—we handle all of that. You should be comfortable with basic computer tasks (installing apps, managing passwords). We provide thorough training so you can manage day-to-day use confidently.
All packages include 14 days of post-installation support. For ongoing monitoring, updates, and support, we offer monthly maintenance plans starting at $200/month. We'll discuss this during your consultation if you're interested.
Absolutely. We encourage it. We provide full documentation of all configurations and security settings. We're happy to walk through everything with your IT team before, during, and after setup.

We primarily serve Oakland, Berkeley, and the broader East Bay. For locations outside this area, we can do remote setup and training via video call, though on-site installation isn't available.
